Rental Packages
Let’s get this party started!
The price of your birthday party includes the use of the party room, the museum exhibits and any additional areas included in your package. Although we do not supply party foods, feel free to bring your own cake, ice cream, drinks, and snacks – pizza is always a great choice. Please remember to bring all utensils (cups, plates, forks, etc.).

PACKAGE ONE: Hosted in the Carousel Club Room
BASIC PARTY RENTAL (60 PEOPLE):
Members: $875
Nonmembers: $950
Additional guests (maximum total of 75 people): $24 each

Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00am – 1:00pm or 1:00 – 4:00pm
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Access to the museum exhibits, Grand Carousel, and the H2Oh! Splash Park (seasonal)
SET UP:
Set up is easy. You have access to the party room beginning at one hour prior to your reserved time slot to decorate and be ready for your guests. Load-out time is no more than 1 hour after the end of the event.
AMENITIES:
Party hosts have access to tables, chairs, portable stage, and the catering prep kitchen. CMOM will set up tables and chairs per your request. At the end of the event, our cleaning staff will remove bagged trash, vacuum, and store the tables and chairs. We ask that you leave the facility as clean as you found it.
DOES NOT INCLUDE:
We do not supply any linens or decorations. Feel free to bring in your party decor but make sure they are free standing as no taping, stapling or nailing to the walls is allowed. Additionally, please do not include glitter or confetti in any of your party plans.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR ALL PACKAGES:
The Museum is a great place for a birthday party. Although there are outdoor picnic tables and lunchroom-style tables indoors, they are not available for impromptu celebrations.
Parties are nonrefundable. Guests are allowed a 12-month window to reschedule their event with prior approval.
