New Membership Referral Program
The membership department is recruiting YOU - all current members to help spread the word about our outstanding membership benefits! Tell every non-member you know - friends, relatives, co-workers, neighbors - about becoming a member of The Children’s Museum. Then get them to join. When a non-member joins, they can write your name on the membership application on the “Referred By” line. You will then receive an additional month of membership for FREE added to your current membership for each person you sign up. It’s that simple! Get 12 people to sign up - you’ll get a whole year of FREE membership! “It’s an easy way to add additional time to your membership without paying a dime,” said Debbie Wilkins, CMOM membership manager. “Just be a CMOM ambassador and spread the good word about us - it really pays!” Give a Gift That Lasts All Year!
Wondering what
gift to give on that special occasion? Includes unlimited admission to all museum exhibits, admission to more than 250 other science-technology centers, email subscription to Sparks, invitations to exhibit previews, and discounts on programs, birthday parties, events and Museum Store purchases. Gift memberships are perfect for any occasion - starting now at $60. What's the Difference in the ASTC and ACM Reciprocal Lists?Periodically, we receive calls from distressed members who are traveling and have been denied admission to a museum. The most common reason is the museum to which they are visiting is an ACM museum and not an ASTC museum. The Association of Science Technology Centers (ASTC) list consists of over 250 other museums across the world to which ALL CMOM members are able to receive free or discounted admission. This list is updated three times per year so it is important to visit our website to view the most up-to-date list before traveling. The Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) list consists of over 130 other museums across the U.S. and Canada to which ONLY those members at the Supporter level or above are able to receive admission. A sticker is affixed to the membership card to validate entry to one of these museums. This list is updated periodically. When visiting a museum from either of these lists, please remember:
When in doubt, call the membership office 901-320-3171 Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Bon Voyage! ASTC WebsiteCheck out the latest additions or changes to the reciprocal museums list.
