Museum Party Package

• First hour in one of the decorated Birthday Party Rooms (based on availability).
• Price includes 30 cups of Bluebell Ice Cream for your guests.
• After the party, your guests have fun in the museum - there is no early entry into the museum for your guests.
• The fee includes 30 guests* (for security reasons, guests sign in when they arrive) - the birthday child, parents and siblings are all included in the 30.
• Additional guests will be charged museum admission (ages 1-100: $12; under 1: free). Payment of any overages are the responsibility of the person who booked the party. This fee will be due the day of the party!
• Note: museum members are your guests and are included in your party count - this makes museum memberships invalid during birthday parties - everyone is counted in your 30 guest total even if they have a museum membership.

*Due to the size of our Birthday Party Rooms, for your own comfort we highly recommend that you limit your party attendance to:
- up to 30 guests in the Green Room
- up to 55 guests in the Blue Room (please note that additional charges per person will be applied over the 30 guests included in the standard price)

Birthday Package

Includes use of one Birthday Party Room, Bluebell Ice Cream and admission to the museum - you provide everything else. Special Note: Our Party Rooms are predecorated for your convenience - absolutely nothing may be taped, glued, pinned or nailed to the walls or ceilings to prevent any property damages being charged to you! Also for safety reasons, absolutely no chafing dishes, crockpots or warmers are allowed in the building!

Sunday - Friday Party
Members: $250 (30 guests)
Non-members: $325 (30 guests)

Saturday Party
Members: $275 (30 guests)
Non-members: $350 (30 guests)

Reserving Your Party

The total cost of your party must be received at the time of the reservation to confirm your date. This is non-refundable!

Remember that a 1:5 ratio of adults to children is required to enter the museum.

Choose your date and time: 10am, 12 noon or 2:30pm.

SPECIAL NOTE: The Kid's Cafe, H2Oh! Splash Park and picnic tables may NOT be used by individuals or groups for serving birthday cakes, cupcakes, parties or private events for any reason. The museum provides birthday party rooms that may be rented with advance notice by calling our reservations office at 901-458-2678, ext. 221. All special events and birthday parties MUST be booked in advance!
