Looking for a Donation FROM the Museum?

The Children's Museum of Memphis is a private, nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization. We are forbidden by IRS rules to donate cash to other nonprofits, so we NEVER give cash under any circumstances to any other organization!

The museum receives hundreds of donation requests each year, so we ask that you follow these simple steps and rules to be considered. All donation and auction item requests need to be sent on your company or organization letterhead to fax 901-458-4033 or Email Donation Requests. Make your letter to the attention of "Donation Request" and be sure you send it a minimum of four weeks before your event. The Children's Museum of Memphis cannot afford to donate to every request. We will contact you only if we decide to contribute – phone call donation solicitations or questions are never accepted! Accepting a request for one year does not guarantee it will be fulfilled the following year. The museum supports children's causes and elementary schools in the Memphis Metro Area ONLY based on the number of requests received - political, religious, for-profits and other causes outside our scope will NOT be considered.
